Ocean Towers is a residential cooperative building located at 158 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The building includes 21 dwelling units - three one-bedroom apartments and eighteen studio/efficiencies - as well as a common room and parking garage on the ground floor.

As a cooperative association, Ocean Towers, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors elected each year by the owners of the association. Day-to-day management of the property is contracted to the property management company, (click for contact information).

Built in 1961, Ocean Towers is part of Miami Beach's historic Ocean Beach district. The photo below shows the view from apartment 401 in the early days.
